He has developed innovative tools and methods for leadership assessment, 360 feedback, selection interviewing, performance management, competency modeling, team assessment, and assessment of organizational climate, culture and effectiveness. Dr. Mansfield holds a B.A. in Social Relations and an Ed.D. in Human Development, both from Harvard University. His current research and consulting interests center on leadership effectiveness and on personal and contextual characteristics facilitating learning, change, and intercultural adaptation. |
