About UsCelia H. Morris, Alliance Partner, Ed.D.Celia H. Morris has over twenty years of experience in teaching, and consulting on adult development. She has developed and conducted management and professional education programs in the areas of valuing differences in the workforce, global awareness, and interpersonal influence. Currently Celia is an adjunct professor at Lesley University in the Adult Baccalaureate College and the Graduate School of Arts and Social Sciences. She holds a graduate certificate in Management from the Radcliffe Seminars and an Ed.D. in Education with a concentration in adult development and organizational behavior from Harvard University. Celia's current consulting interests include adult development and transitions, women's leadership, and emotional intelligence. |
