Joanie Schaffner, Alliance Partner

Joanie Schaffner has over fifteen years of experience in facilitating growth and change in individuals and groups. With a combined background in psychology and organization development, her areas of expertise include the design and facilitation of training and consultation in: leadership styles, leadership development, career change and development, effective communication, conflict resolution, group dynamics and team building. Joanie holds a Masters in Social Work from the Boston University School of Social Work and is a graduate of the Advanced Studies in Organization Development Program at the Boston Institute of Psychotherapy. Her current consulting and research concentrations are in executive coaching, leadership and team development, and the management of change.
