Yahanda is an experienced executive coach and organizational consultant with over twenty-five years of experience building individual, team and organizational effectiveness. Nancy specializes in partnering with senior and high potential leaders and their organizations to fully leverage their potential for creating value to their stakeholders, and to achieve identified business results. With broad based experience across industries, from financial services to E-businesses, Nancy has extensive expertise in CEO coaching, senior leadership development and executive coaching, CEO and senior management succession and building executive team effectiveness. She holds an MA in Management from the University of Washington and an Ed.D. with a concentration in Organizational Behavior from Harvard University. She also studied at the MIT Sloan School of Management with Edgar Schein, Richard Beckhard and Ed Nevis. Her current consulting and research interests include CEO succession, "executive onboarding" and transitions, global coaching and multinational teaming, and entrepreneurial/emerging company leadership. Nancy is a founding board member of The Executive Coaching Forum, a former board member of the Human Resources Leadership Forum, an Adjunct Faculty member and coach at The Center for Creative Leadership, a Consultant with the Society for Organizational Learning, and a member of The Million Dollar Circle of The Commonwealth Institute.
