Services - Partner Coaching
Partner coaching has been requested more frequently over the years, given the increasing variety and complexity of types of organizational structures and leadership roles in today's organizations. The most common partnerships to use this service have been CEO/COO partners, followed by formal professional partners, family businesses, and co-leader dyads/triads.
While the service is customized, generally it is leveraged to help partners:
- determine the organization's direction and the leadership needed to achieve desired outcomes
- identify individual and mutual strengths, as well as challenges and blind spots
- understand the impacts of their individual and collective leadership as experienced by the organization
- facilitate dialogue and utilize other tools to enhance the relationship, align personal with collective goals, and address differences
- raise previously undiscussable issues
- mediate more deeply held differences to effective resolution
